Distractions...

You guys.

I know I should be applying for jobs right now.  But a couple things are really distracting me.

First, this book.  Oh my gosh, it is SO funny, you need to go read it RIGHT NOW!  I almost peed my pants when reading the chapter about Beyonce the metal chicken.  Go buy it and read it- trust me!

And in more embarrassing confessions....

The Taylor Swift YouTube channel has also taken up a lot of my night.  She is just so darn adorable!  I'm a little worried for her though... I mean, I know he's a Kennedy, but he's 18.  We all know what 18 year old boys are like...  Anyway, her new single is amazing, obviously.  And her album comes out October 22.  Just so you know. 

Soooo... that's why my resume still hasn't been updated since 2010. 

Some might say I need to get it together.  But you know what?  I don't feel bad.  And you know why?  I just found out that as a sub in the Jackson school district I am only going to make $65 a day.  $65 DOLLARS A DAY!!  THAT IS BARELY $8 AN HOUR!  I'm sorry, did I just step back into 1965?  I may as well just go get a job at the mall.  At least I would get a clothes discount.  It's truly depressing.  AND to be a sub in Jackson all you need is a HIGH SCHOOL diploma.  I have no idea why Mississippi is 49th in education.  So do you really think they will notice if my resume is updated?  I'm leaning towards no...
